For almost 30 years, Focus International Hawaii Modeling and Talent Agency (also known as Focus Hawaii) has been a driving force in the model and talent industry across the US, Canada, Asia and Pacific islands. Located on Hawaii’s Big Island, Swan has been dedicated to the attitude and technique that develops people to be the right kind of people that clients look forward to working with. Since 1975, Swan has welcomed, developed and placed talent from all walks of life by teaching them how to be true professionals in this business.

Established in 1975 when Swan K. Elliott opened her first agency in Calgary Alberta. After worldwide recognition in 1994, Focus evolved into Focus International Hawaii Modeling and Talent Agency and has been at the forefront of model and talent recruitment for the busy Hawaiian advertising market and beyond. Our renowned curriculum and unique job placement services through our Focus Academy continue to connect our models and talent with a network of countless industry pros and specialists.
